| Member Duties : The VISTA member will work with the program coordinator to create two manuals for Project Hope; a policies/procedures and volunteer manual. This will help build the framework and guidelines for future project growth. Conducting outreach with community members and partner organizations will be an important duty of the VISTA member to increase the capacity of Project hope. The VISTA member will research federal and private foundation grants and assist in the grant writing effort. Finally the VISTA member will create a sustainability plan for ongoing Project Hope activities beyond the currently awarded revenue streams.
