Regional Workforce and Education Systems Data Designer VISTA
 
 
 
To ensure equitable access to education and training opportunities for all residents in the region that lead to local career opportunities. The Building (it)Together Initiative Vista project will collect research and data to create better alignment among education and training providers and build the capacity of educational institutions to graduate students skilled and qualified for the current labor market. The VISTAs will Ensure curriculum, programs, and institutions are aligned with the region’s current and expected growth within the target industries.

Member Duties : The VISTA will assess the Building (it) Together initiative by producing a “State of the Workforce Report,” which provides recommendations to the two- and four-year colleges and universities about the quantity and type of talent needed. They will also Set up a system and data dashboard for continuous feedback and updating of the EAI.
