Member Duties : Members will support existing and new training programs that serve youth and adults with disabilities. In addition, assist participants with career development and exploration by creating meaningful experiences and leading applicant orientation sessions. Training assistants will coordinate daily student assignments with department staff to ensure students are making progress toward goals. Most importantly,members will create a safe learning environment and enhance service-based experiences for all of ReSOURCE’s participants. Through their service members will increase economic opportunities for Vermonters by supporting ReSOURCE's workforce development initiativies. Members will participate in service projects in the community and National Day's of Service. Must have reliable form of transportation. Provide contact information for 3 references.
