As a leader in this vital mission, we operate an extensive network including our Mid-Ohio Markets, Mid-Ohio Kitchens, Mid-Ohio Farms, and Mid-Ohio Farmacy program. Our holistic approach extends beyond providing emergency food assistance; we strive to address the root causes of hunger and poverty through various initiatives and collaborations. Our organization is not just a food bank; it’s a hub of hope and support for over 680 partner agencies across twenty counties in central and eastern Ohio. We believe in nurturing our community with more than just food – we offer educational resources, health services, and advocacy for those in need. To this end, we are introducing the 'Digital Media Management Specialist' position, a role dedicated to enhancing our digital and media management capabilities. This position is critical in streamlining our document management processes and enhancing our media outreach. The specialist will be responsible for developing a cohesive digital asset management system, ensuring brand consistency, and training our staff in effective storytelling through photography and videography using smartphones and tablets. By joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our branding, marketing, and outreach strategies. Member Duties : As a Digital Media Management Specialist at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, you will enhance our communication and outreach efforts. Overhauling our existing document management systems, you will develop an efficient digital media management strategy. You will assess current practices, implement new policies, and create a cohesive digital asset system. Training staff to capture high-quality, brand-consistent photos and videos on smartphones and tablets, you will elevate our storytelling and community engagement. You will also coordinate the media library, ensuring easy access across the organization. Your efforts in streamlining these processes are essential to amplifying our message and outreach, ultimately contributing to our mission of fighting food insecurity. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, digital media, and making a meaningful impact on the community. **Benefits include a monthly $200 housing stipend to supplement living costs.**
