CPSFL VISTA Leader
 
 
 
The VISTA Leader will play a crucial role in enhancing member efficiency and retention by implementing effective recruitment and onboarding strategies. This includes developing a robust pipeline of sites to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for members. Additionally, the VISTA Leader will co-create monthly professional development sessions and member engagement activities, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Through these efforts, the VISTA Leader will contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the program, ensuring that members are well-prepared, motivated, and engaged throughout their service.

Member Duties : The VISTA Leader collaborates closely with the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer of Community Partners of South Florida to support the VISTAs serving the project, enabling the Creating Access; Building Social Capital project to sustain strong and successful years of service. The VISTA Leader will support VISTA Members in having successful and fulfilling years of service through individual support; facilitating team and capacity building opportunities to ensure member retention; implement the recruitment and onboarding process; develop and employ innovative strategies to improve overall project quality, impact, and reach; and facilitate the on-going professional development of VISTA Members.
