Healthier Lake Worth Beach Program Support Specialist
 
 
 
Healthier Lake Worth Beach's mission is to improve the Cleanliness, Environment, and Safety of Lake Worth Beach's neighborhoods and to promote healthy behaviors that impact the overall health and wellbeing of its residents. Local leaders and residents in the Lake Worth Beach community identified Behavioral Health as the critical health issue in their area and in collaboration with Palm Healthcare Foundation, utilizes the committed funds, to create lasting, impactful change. Healthier Lake Worth Beach is focused on neighborhood health/safety, Youth and recreation.

Member Duties : The Project Support Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Project Director to help change long-term health outcomes of the residents; increase capacity among individuals, organizations, and systems to impact lasting and sustainable change related to health and well-being; and establish a learning framework to evaluate the overall impact of the Healthier Lake Worth Beach initiative as well as the impact at the community level. The Project Support Coordinator’s efforts will result in enhanced systems, forms, and processes related to the initiative’s key focus areas, a well-designed social media campaign, a community outreach plan to increase awareness and access to resources which will be accessible online.
