20-21 STEMSTL Community Engagement and Storytelling Position
 
 
 
St. Louis Regional STEM Learning Ecosystem (STEMSTL) is a community of practice recognized by the STEM Learning Ecosystems Initiative. In partnership with the Afterschool Alliance and the STEM Funders Network, STEMSTL is embarking on exciting work to expand the amount of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education opportunities offered in diverse learning spaces. These types of opportunities are made more accessible to low-income and underrepresented youth through developing a communications strategy, facilitating workgroups with partners, and more. This position is based in St. Louis, MO. Member Duties : This VISTA member will: -Oversee STEMSTL's communications including but not limited to the STEMSTL newsletter and social media accounts; -Engage with Ecosystem members in an effort to recruit new potential member organizations; -Develop and implement a storytelling strategy that is integrated into STEMSTL's overall communication strategy.
