| Member Duties : The VISTA member will help increase the capacity of YWCA Minot by helping to build an efficient and sustainable volunteer program. Activities include: developing defined volunteer opportunities within the organization; establishing and sustaining a system for recruiting, onboarding and retaining volunteers.;and engaging in community outreach activities to raise awareness and attract attention and resources to the organization.
