EPIC Development Coordinator
 
 
 
Empowering People for Inclusive Communities (EPIC), a part of Triangle Inc., was founded in 2011 to prepare young people with disabilities to be actively engaged community leaders through education, leadership development, and community service. EPIC provides unique leadership development programs for transition-aged youth with disabilities in Boston and Worcester. EPIC is currently seeking an EPIC Development Coordinator, AmeriCorps VISTA position, to build EPIC's fundraising capacity through new events and campaigns in order to ensure continued sustainability and future program growth.

Member Duties : The EPIC Development Coordinator will evaluate and update existing fundraising campaigns and events to ensure increased revenue while meeting the changing fundraising needs and best practices within a post-COVID world. The VISTA will create new individual giving campaigns to engage new and existing donors in innovative and exciting fundraising initiatives to support EPIC's programs. The VISTA will create tracking and reporting procedures, as well as best practices for new and existing fundraisers to ensure future growth and sustainability.
