Greenville Workforce Equity Initiative: Interagency Support
 
 
 
The Community Employment Pipeline aims to help reduce poverty through a collaborative employment initiative that brings together grassroots organizations, community agencies, and major institutions to form a workforce development partner pipeline that supports job seekers from recruitment through training and on to employment at a living wage. As a systems approach, this project aims to improve the delivery of workforce development resources, strengthen interagency collaboration, and improve local workforce equity standards.

Member Duties : This VISTA position will work to identify and build coordination among agencies that provide second chance resources to job seekers with barriers.
