Member Duties : Specific objectives of the position include: revising practices in communication with current employees to improve its effectiveness and sustainability, developing and implementing training plans for current employees, and creating policy and procedures for the training plan. This will also involve doing research and developing a survey to collect data regarding the areas in which trainings will best positively impact the agency and researching ways to improve recruiting and onboarding to insure employees are informed about the position they are being hired for and the position of the agency.
