Austin Public Health Fast Track Cities VISTA

The VISTA will provide support through the Fast Track Cities Initiative to expand access to services and education for low-income individuals living with and affected by HIV and facilitate activities to expand programs that provide health and financial benefits. The Fast Track Cities Initiative focuses on events and forums that will target populations that face health disparities. By creating sustainable solutions to address health disparities and issues that disproportionately affect low-income populations, the project will work to break the cycle of poverty.
