Evaluation Coordinator More Than Words

Youth work two paid jobs at MTW: a "Business Job" in our more than $3M bookselling business, learning critical skills and a “You Job” where they advance personal goals in education, work, and life. MTW is in the final stage of a game-changing expansion in the South End of Boston, growing to take over the first floor of our building with a new bookstore, marketplace. The Evaluation Coordinator will support our growth and ramp up to normal operations in the post-COVID era as a member of the Evaluation and Learning team. With the support of our Chief Learning Officer, the he/she will improve MTW model documentation and training materials, inform strategic inquiries with data analysis, and build systems to monitor data collection quality and patterns.Previous evaluation experience isn’t required, but a learning mindset and customer service attitude are! The member will have the opportunity to learn while serving, develop new systems, gain highly useful business development experience, and see our young people grow first hand, all in a dynamic, fast-based, team-oriented, and supportive environment. This position could be based at either our site in Boston or Waltham, but should expect to occasionally spend time at both sites for meetings. A $100 monthly housing reimbursement and a $75 monthly transportation reimbursement are available to members serving at MTW.
