The Research & Data Analyst VISTA position at Achieve Escambia will work closely with the Director, Manager, and Data Team to support evidence-based decision-making and communication of cradle to career outcomes & indicators for Escambia County, Florida. The primary responsibility of the VISTA will be to manage the process of collecting and maintaining all data points from both primary & secondary sources utilizing both publicly available data and partner data retrieved through memorandums of understanding. The VISTA will work directly with several teams to release the third annual cradle to career roadmap report in 2020 and 2021 while continuously updating Achieve Escambia’s online data dashboard in partnership with the UWF Haas Center. The VISTA will also support the Director & Data Team in strategic guidance and convening of the Data Team to support the work of the collective action networks; this will include researching and cross-comparing disaggregated data for key populations and programs as well as benchmarking best practices from other collective impact organizations across the U.S. and beyond.
