Since 2000, more than 389,000 adults have been impacted by Oasis programs. Oasis programs reach a broad audience in more than 250 communities through nine education centers and a national network of over 700 partners in 22 states.

Member Duties : The Oasis Institute Connections is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Oasis Connections program, a technology curriculum designed for older adults and digital newcomers. The goal of this project is to pilot Oasis Connections virtual class offerings in low-income communities across the St. Louis region and then expand the offerings nationally. The Connections program was designed to help older adults gain technology skills in order to reduce social isolation. The VISTA will be responsible for identifying potential new partners and assist in the completion of technical, educational and marketing tasks. The VISTA will help the Oasis Institute increase participation in Oasis Connections by 100 new participants in low-income communities in St. Louis.
