2022 Summer Associate BGCGF-Sylvester Broome Village
At the Sylvester Broome Empowerment Village, our mission is to cultivate leadership capacity. We firmly believe that investing in young people is the key to creating compelling and lasting change in our community. To both give youth a voice in their world and transform Flint into a just and equitable city, we nurture leadership skills and inspire students to be active, informed, and relentless agents for their success through our programs and services, which reach 600 students per day or over 7,000 families per year through more than twenty after-school programs.
