Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri-Community Coord
 
 
 
1.Creating processes for ongoing collaboration and communication between community partners, including using Constant Contact and Salsa Engage (communication systems). 2. Creating plans or materials for outreach for new or expanded programming. 3. Attend local community resource meetings to develop relationships 4. Conducting outreach in the community or among potential participants to increase awareness of programming. 5. Develop or identify appropriate systems for tracking information related to community partnership. 6. Developing and nurturing partnerships in the community to deliver services. 7. Through relationship-building, creatively engage neighborhood businesses, faith communities, schools, community organizations, and healthcare facilities within the target area in the work and mission of the Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri. 8. Represent Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri at community meetings, including neighborhood association meetings and community events, to better understand the needs of the community and ways the organization can support those needs. 9. Collect input from the community on our program activities and results. 10. Convent meetings of partners and potential partners to discuss possible collaborative activities. 11. Cultivate partner interest and involvement 12. Report significant program outcomes to partners. 13. Helping to develop memorandum of understanding with partners. 14. Organizing and reinforcing partnership networks, structures. 15. Working with Grant Administrator to draft letters of intent and proposals through the completion of detailed forms and reports for founders; work collaboratively across Community Partnership departments (Finance, Program, etc.) and the development operations team to gather and update information for grants and reports.

Member Duties : This position will work alongside the Executive Director and Program Directors to directly engage the broader communities served by Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri to Work with Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri staff, clients, and community partners to identify poverty related community education needs and opportunities; develop internal and external partnerships for community outreach; and coordinate community events to raise community awareness.
