CD4AP-Engagement VISTA

Community Development for All People (CD4AP) is committed to improving residents' quality of life by providing essential resources, promoting economic development, and fostering community. Our programs address poverty and hunger through targeted services. The HEAL Program (Healthy Eating and Living) ensures residents at or below 200% of the federal poverty level have access to nutritious food via a free fresh market, health screenings, fitness classes, and mental health support. The Freedom School empowers families and supports children's education with after-school programs focused on academic enrichment. Bikes for All People promotes sustainable transportation and community engagement by offering affordable bikes, repair services, community rides, and educational opportunities. The Thrive to 5 Program aims to reduce infant mortality and enhance kindergarten readiness by supporting families with young children. Our Free Store operates five days a week, providing free gently used clothing and household items. CD4AP's holistic approach creates a thriving community where all residents can lead healthy, productive lives.
