ShareCorps-CD4AP-Engagement VISTA

The Community Development for All People (CD4AP) vision is for a whole, healthy, and engaged community where All People are empowered to pursue their hopes, dreams, and aspirations. To achieve this vision, the CD4AP mission catalyzes collaborations with key strategic partners to improve the quality of life for all residents of Columbus’ South Side through individual and community services. Programs at CD4AP include the Free Store, Fresh Market, Youth Development, and Thrive to 5 (TT5). The Engagement VISTA will work closely with staff in the TT5 program and Engagement department in service of the mission of our organization. TT5 accompanies families on their journeys from pregnancy to Kindergarten and connects them to resources that promote healthy pregnancies, healthy kids, and Kindergarten readiness. Our Engagement department works across CD4AP programs to create community partnerships, manage grants, and recruit volunteers to support our programs. The VISTA will leverage social media, community partnerships, and volunteers toward these goals.
