Member Duties : 1. Create in cooperation with the state program coordinator internship goals, objectives, and projects
2. Research existing high school & college internship programs and identify best practices. Develop program framework.
3. Develop plan to pilot program with potential stakeholders.
4. Create system for intern recruitment. Develop and maintain electronic intern application form and eligibility guidelines.
5. Create protocols for work site selection and develop guidelines for supervision.
6. Develop orientation, training, and professional development plan for interns.
