Event Planning and Fundraising VISTA- Family Promise
 
 
 
Family Promise of Pulaski County is seeking a creative, driven, self-starter to lead its event planning and fundraising mission. This talented VISTA will coordinate and execute events to raise money and awareness for Family Promise. The VISTA will be responsible for building and maintaining vital partnerships with a number of local organizations, businesses, and community members in order to leverage financial support. In this highly visible position, the VISTA will represent Family Promise at major public events and speaking engagements, as well as oversee our 'No Place Like Home' awareness building program to foster community engagement and increase our local presence. The VISTA will also collaborate with our Marketing and Communications task force to create, prepare, and execute effective material, messaging, and branding campaigns.

Member Duties : The Event Planning and Fundraising VISTA will be empowered to lead a number of Family Promise's community engagement and fundraising objectives. VISTAs will be expected to: • Represent Family Promise at major public events and speaking engagements • Oversee the 'No Place Like Home' awareness building program • Devise an annual fundraising plan and events budget • Develop creative ways to raise money and awareness for the Family Promise mission • Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative branding and messaging strategies
