| Member Duties : The VISTA member will develop marketing materials to strengthen the image of STOP’s Youth Development Initiative to the public. The Individual will conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine the communities with the most need. Once communities are identified the VISTA will determine partners in those communities and develop outreach materials to attract potential clients in those communities. In addition and as a part of the assessment process the VISTA member will identify funding sources to include grants, foundations, and individuals to assist STOP in its Technology efforts.
