| Member Duties : The VISTA member will develop marketing materials to present and strengthen a positive image of Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency (ESAAA) to the community. The member will assist in developing a fundraising plan as well as aide in the identification of potential funding sources to include grants, foundations and individuals. The VISTA will train volunteer staff on working at events with ESAAA. The VISTA will review current website and make needed changes. The VISTA will initiate, develop and conduct surveys, focus groups and interviews to determine the most pressing needs of at risk youth within our two-county region and to discuss next steps with agency leadership. The VISTA will use the analyzed information collected from focus groups, surveys and interviews to initiate dialogue regarding gaps in service and to coordinate and develop initiatives and programs with community partners.
