Communication/PR VISTA- Family Promise of Pulaski County
 
 
 
The Marketing/ PR and Communications VISTA will work to bring the mission of Family Promise of Pulaski County to the forefront in the community by creating captivating web presence and social platforms, print and electronic marketing and promotional materials. The VISTA is pivotal in developing a marketing and communications plan, and will strategically create the content and presence to engage audiences in awareness building aspects of the program.

Member Duties : The PR/Marketing and Communications VISTA will work with the Director, Board and staff to brand and market FPPC. In conjunction with the Event Planning VISTA they will plan and execute awareness building activities and events. The VISTA will develop strategic communication initiatives and will work with other VISTAs to perform timely communication with existing and prospective donors, secure print, radio and TV coverage related to Family Promise, maintain and update websites and social media channels, assess and develop a social media plan, assist in the development of events focused on fundraising and community/volunteer engagement, secure public appearances for the Executive Director, VISTAs, Board Members and others affiliated with Family Promise, organize written remarks and presentations for public appearances, and will design and disburse electronic and print awareness materials and the FPPC annual report.
