Environmental Education Leadership Corps PT
 
 
 
AmeriCorps members will develop and provide environmental education programs and activities to the public in various locations throughout Kentucky, such as parks, institutions of higher learning, local government agencies, environmental education centers, nonprofit providers of environmental education, and youth service organizations. Members will have opportunities for networking with other environmental agencies and organizations that may provide opportunities for future employment.

Member Duties : Members will: 1.Provide environmental education programs and activities to students & faculty from schools and universities as well as members of the general public. 2.Develop and implement new environmentally based education programs and activities for their service site. 3.Complete the Professional Environmental Educator Certification Course. 4.Members will be able to assist the host site with marketing and communication regarding the services offered at the host site.
