Member Duties : We are looking for candidates who have great habits and are willing to fully invest themselves in their service and our mission during their time here. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, be comfortable operating as part of a team and taking direction, and be able to excel at outreach and relationship building in the community. The VISTA’s three main areas of service will be student recruitment, resource development (researching and applying for grants), and volunteer recruitment. All areas of service will involve developing lasting systems as well as extensive relationship building in the community.
