| Member Duties : This service member will work to increase the engagement of members in the community with the Boys & Girls Club program. This VISTA member will also work to engage volunteers in specific programs that need extra assistance, as identified by program staff. With support from CEO, Director of Programs & Operations, Unit Director and Program Coordinators, this VISTA member will engage community members with specific goals for helping the organization. Additionally, the service member will become familiar with the database the organization uses to track and analyze various statistics of members. This includes assessing what the organization can best implement for recruitment and retention of Club members. The VISTA member will also coordinate with lead program staff to increase participation and enhance programs for youth focused on the Priority Outcomes of Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
