| Member Duties : The VISTA Leader will support and lead a team of five VISTAs who will organize the efforts of the Promise Zone Partners in five key areas: Economic Development, Resource Development, Communications & Marketing, Data Collection & Evaluation and Research Analysis.
The VISTA Leader will serve as a mentor to five VISTA members and support the Promise Zone Director with project management. The Leader will ensure the other VISTA members meet their objectives of developing and maintaining strategic plans for the project, creating and maintaining lists of project partners and coordinating and maintaining communication on the City of Minneapolis’ Enterprise Equity & Inclusion work.
