Member Duties : Members serve in various capacities. Some positions require field work such as stream monitoring, removing invasive species, stream restoration work, forest rehabilitation, working with landowners to improve their property, native plantings, and wildlife habitat improvements. Some positions are more focused on education and outreach. Those members work with students and schools to provide place-based education opportunities for students. Members may also work with adults on conservation education and outreach materials. There are a wide range of tasks that members can be a part of.
