Member Duties : As the Inventory VISTA, you will work closely with the inventory and nutrition education departments at the Galveston County Food Bank to incorporate the Healthy Eating Research (HER) guidelines into the Food Bank’s inventory system based on nutrition labels. Your role will be critical in implementing the HER guidelines as well as educating staff and partner agencies about the importance of nutritional labeling and will lay the groundwork for the rollout of the program to participating agencies.
