Member Duties : As the Partner Capacity VISTA, you will work with the Houston Food Bank’s (HFB) Partner Capacity Team to research, analyze, and develop a process to profile and segment each member of the HFB's partner network through community immersion and evaluation of our over 300+ partner network. The projected findings of the VISTA project will help HFB, and the partner network, to cultivate and strengthen our collective community impact. The VISTA will engage the partner network to research and analyze the strengths and opportunities for growth of the partner network through community immersion, focus groups, meetings with other food banks, and other HFB departments. The research and analysis of the partner network will lead to designing a sustainable and efficient profiling and segmentation process.
