Habitat for Humanity- St. Cloud (ReStore)

Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity (CMHFH), located in St. Cloud, MN, is dedicated to eliminating poverty housing in Stearns, Benton, Sherburne and Wright counties. Formed in 1989, CMHFH has served over 70 families through its homeownership and A Brush with Kindness Programs. The Habitat ReStore opened in 2011 as an additional funding stream for CMHFH, so the affiliate can further its mission of transforming the lives of local families through affordable homeownership.

Member Duties : Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity (CMHFH) is looking for an enthusiastic VISTA to serve with the Habitat ReStore! Habitat ReStores sell donated new and gently used building and home materials to the public, with all profits going to help the mission of CMHFH. As a VISTA, your work will focus on raising awareness of the Habitat ReStore by creating new programs and focusing on public relations throughout CMHFH's four county service area. This position includes extensive leadership and professional development training that will prepare you for a future nonprofit or public service career.
