FIT VISTA Program Manchester Continuum of Care Coordinator

The Manchester Continuum of Care is a network of social service providers located in Manchester, New Hampshire whose work impacts the lives of homeless individuals and families. Through mutual collaboration and information sharing, the Manchester Continuum of Care ensures that homeless individuals and families in the city are provided with a seamless array of services needed to rapidly end their homeless experience. Families in Transition, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing and comprehensive supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless, currently serves as the lead agency for the Manchester Continuum of Care. The Manchester Continuum of Care Coordinator's office will be located at Families in Transition, however, the Coordinator's work will be in collaboration with the many agencies who make up with Manchester Continuum of Care. The Families in Transition Program places VISTAs across the state, with the goal of improving the quality of life for the most disadvantage members of our community. The program is organized and run by Families in Transition (FIT), a nonprofit providing housing and services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Manchester and Concord New Hampshire.
