CTEP at Ramsey County Library - Roseville (Adult)

The Roseville branch library is one of the busiest libraries in the State of Minnesota. Two thousand people use its services daily (seven days a week). The Roseville Library is a newly remodeled 70,000 square foot building housing a terrific collection, 120 public internet workstations, an 8,000 square foot children’s room, a teen room, a variety of study environments and a Dunn Brothers coffee shop. The library continues to support life-long learning. The strategic plan focuses limited resources on early literacy programming for families, youth development, technology literacy, makerspace programming, and workforce development. Technology users at the library tend to be those without internet access via their homes or workplace environments. The library serves as a community resource and equalizer in the digital divide. The AmeriCorps Community Technology Empowerment Project (CTEP) bridges the “digital divide” for new Immigrants and low-income communities in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Join AmeriCorps CTEP and help make the information age accessible to all. CTEP is a project of Saint Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN).
