| Member Duties : The VISTA will join the Farm Management Team, working to increase the food production on 2 youth-run, urban farms in Worcester, MA. The VISTA will embrace elements of organic farm planning and implementation, increase food sales by 50%, and develop systems to diversify the crops grown, and expand into new land.
