| Member Duties : VISTA member will increase the capacity of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas' volunteer program in order to reach and impact more members. This program will be resposible for the recruitment, retention and recognition of all types of volunteers for the organization. The VISTA member will have the opportunity to create & build community partnerships and increase their knowledge of the nonprofit sector. Successful candidates will possess strong computer skills, organization, leadership & time management skills, be able to multi-task and comfortable speaking publicly. Bilingual skills would be a plus.
