Youth Education Academy's YEA) mission is to empower students and families through district-aligned afterschool programs, before-school programs and summer camp, fostering positive paths in safe and nurturing environments, committed to "making a YEA of a difference" in every community served. As a PT Youth Program Assistant, you will actively supervise and engage with youth during daily program activities, ensuring safety ad well-being. You will lead and assist in academic, recreational, and enrichment activities that promote social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors to support student success. Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports, and assist in maintain a clean, organized environment. Support academic achievement and enrichment in alignment with YEA curriculum goals.

Member Duties : Member will assist with daily program activities, ensuring safety and well-being. Communicate effectively with parents staff, and supervisors to support student success. Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports, and assist in maintaining a clean, organized environment. Lead and assist in academic, recreational, and enrichment activities that promote social and emotional growth. Serve as a positive role model, promoting patience, respect, and team work. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with program goals.
