| Member Duties : Gain valuable experience and impact your community. Build relationships with youth organizations; assess current programming options; participate in coalition meetings to learn more about opportunities; develop/deliver programming to meet identified organizational needs; recruit volunteers; develop/adjust curriculum, activity/lesson plans for identified topics or program types; expand recruitment for programming participation; build capacity of organization to reach new audiences; conduct evaluations for program improvement and additional programming requests. Qualifications for this position include: Ability to organize and work productively with indirect supervision; Demonstrated ability to value individual and cultural differences; Ability to communicate ideas effectively verbally, in writing and through educational technology to adults and youth; Be available some evenings and weekends as needed; Work and prioritize independently; Proficient in Microsoft office and social media
