Texas Homeless Network VISTA
 
 
 
Texas Homeless Network (THN) is a non-profit membership-based organization assisting communities strategically plan to prevent and end homelessness. THN works to end homelessness in Texas by collaborating with communities, large and small, across the state to build systems to achieve this goal. We coordinate local and national advocacy efforts, data collection and research, host two statewide conferences a year, and serve as the host agency for the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) where we assist in the coordination of programs and funding.

Member Duties : The Membership, Partnerships & Development VISTA will expand the capacity of Texas Homeless Network by strengthening sustainable revenue and engagement systems that support THN’s mission to prevent and end homelessness across Texas. The VISTA will develop systems and resources including THN’s new membership framework, developing a statewide jobs board as an earned revenue initiative, cultivating strategic partnerships, assisting communications efforts to support Development initiatives and creating systems to support donor and member stewardship. These efforts will increase grassroots support, diversify revenue, and deepen engagement among organizations, professionals, advocates, and stakeholders across the state.
