| Member Duties : Essential Duties:
Active Recess: Facilitate daily structured games to promote positive behaviors and conflict resolution during the day and after school.
Academic Tutoring: Lead daily 30-minute 1-on-1 or small group literacy/math sessions for students below grade level.
Mentoring: Support personal growth, skill development, and relationship-building.
Expanded Learning: Engage students in the COOL School after-school program, including homework, enrichment, and mandatory spring break/summer programs.
Development: Participate in training, local community events, and 2 mandatory weekend service days.
Commitment: Full-time, 10-month contract (1700 hours). Serve Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in-person. Must live within a reasonable commute.
