OCRC Capacity Building & Sustainability AmeriCorps VISTA

Building on systems, partnerships, and infrastructure developed during the first two years of the VISTA project, the Year 3 VISTA will build Orcas Community Resource Center’s capacity to reduce poverty among island residents by developing sustainable volunteer systems, evaluating program outcomes, strengthening grant tracking and resource development tools, and improving access to key services. The VISTA will create documentation, outreach resources, partnership tools, and evaluation systems that help staff and volunteers sustain poverty alleviation efforts beyond the VISTA term.
