Womankind is an NYC-based nonprofit with 40+ years of experience serving pan-Asian immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Womankind works to create a future where communities can Rise Above Violence and innovate towards collective well-being and restoration. Through community, residential, and special programs, Womankind offers access to emergency residential housing, crisis counseling, case management, legal assistance, healing groups, and more. In addition to promoting healing and safety through direct service work, Womankind provides community education to promote intervention and prevention of violence on individual and institutional levels.

Member Duties : The Systems Evaluation and Coordination Associate VISTA will build Womankind's capacity by supporting in strengthening program effectiveness and equity by systematically gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to understand survivor experiences, identify barriers to services, and assess program impact. Through focus groups, surveys, data analysis, and systems research, this role translates client and staff feedback into actionable insights, builds tools to track system-level challenges and organizational responses, and ensures staff are informed about systemic issues affecting survivors. This role supports continuous learning, accountability, and data informed program improvement across Womankind teams.
