26-27 MADF Engagement and Program Improvement Coor

This is an AmeriCorps/Washington Service Corps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is a Tacoma-based nonprofit. We work to reduce poverty, hunger, and instability. We focus on improving access to food, housing, job training, and other support programs. Many people who use emergency food services also face barriers in transportation, health, housing. They often do not know about other resources available. The member will serve in our Community Access & Engagement Initiative. They will help improve services by engaging clients, collecting data, and supporting process improvements. This is a great chance to get hands-on experience in public health, community engagement, resource navigation, and nonprofit service. We expect to begin rolling review of applications and interviews in late June. Monthly stipend amount: $1,942.
