| Member Duties : Programming and Mentorship Support VISTA strengthen WarriorNOW’s veteran programming by developing consistent event and mentorship systems that increase connection, accountability, and long-term stability for at-risk veterans. The member will create programs to track outcome, develop volunteer mentor onboarding/training tools, and build community partnerships so WarriorNOW can expand services sustainably beyond the VISTA term.
