| Member Duties : Members who choose to spend their summer as a THRIVE Corps VISTA Summer Associate will serve with The Hub and it's partner organizations to build concentrated capacity in projects that kickstart local economic growth. Activities will vary within positions, but will typically include:

- Recruitment system development
- Partnership cultivation
