| Member Duties : You will be responsible for taking our programs to the next level, in partnership with our youth leaders, adult leaders, and Programs team by transforming our Youth Advisory Board to be more deeply integrated into BOLT’s internal processes and our programs.
(1)Create an operating manual for our Youth Advisory Board with support of our BOLT youth leaders.(2)Guide the iteration of the transformed Youth Advisory Board for one year with the support of thePrograms team.(3)Create a sustainable system/protocol for active organizational community outreach to support BOLTprogramming and maintain brand awareness in the community.(4)Attend three community events a month.(5)Assist the Program team with any necessary program needs.
You will also be expected to participate in our Youth Leaders Fellowship to provide some facilitation and coordination, so you understand how our programs operate firsthand. You will also be expected to attend our School for Grassroots Leadership.
