Member Duties : Serve as the VISTA Leader for the AmeriCorps program within the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty. Provide ongoing support to individual VISTA members through mentoring, coaching, and resource sharing to enhance the impact of their community-based projects. Collaborate with the Baylor Collaborative to pilot innovative hunger-related initiatives that can be scaled or adapted by VISTAs to broaden the reach and effectiveness of their efforts in addressing food insecurity across diverse communities
