26 AZ Serve VISTA - Literacy Connects Operational Specialist
 
 
 
The overarching goal for the VISTA member is to build out two complimentary database systems and then train staff over time on how to use and maximize the systems’ potential to support the growing complexities while creating efficiencies across the organization. This project will include auditing organizational file storage systems in shared systems, building out systems for efficient organization and workflow, and prepare current and future staff by designing training that will support long-term sustainability of organization. The VISTA will work with SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, and other systems to accomplish the project goals.

Member Duties : The VISTA member's project has three main objectives: 1) The VISTA member will take ownership of SharePoint (a cloud-based, collaborative, document management platform) by creating a system for usage. 2) The VISTA member will take ownership of Notion (a project management platform) by creating a system for organizational adoption. 3) The VISTA member will prepare Literacy Connects staff to maximize Notion's use for long-term sustainability.
