Align9 VISTA Prevention/Recovery Outreach Developer
 
 
 
The Align9 VISTA Prevention/Recovery Outreach Developer will strengthen organizational capacity to better serve low-income individuals and families in Tennessee’s 9th Judicial District who are impacted by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. The member will increase organizational effectiveness by researching and implementing technology solutions to enhance volunteer management, client engagement, and funding sustainability. This includes developing, piloting, and maintaining volunteer and client databases, creating procedures to ensure systems remain current, and strengthening internal infrastructure for long-term impact. To support Recovery Support Services and prevention initiatives, the member will design training tools using a train-the-trainer model, develop handbooks, streamline social media coordination with partner agencies, and create outreach materials tied to monthly awareness campaigns and community events. The member will improve data tracking systems for recovery services and social media analytics, collect measurable outcomes, and assist with monthly reporting.

Member Duties : Analyze current materials and research tools used by similar organizations to identify gaps and present recommendations to the Align9 Supervisor. Develop or modify forms, toolkits, and graphic and video presentations to ensure a unified message that outlines Align9’s goals. Strengthen organizational effectiveness by researching technology solutions and developing, piloting, and revising volunteer and client databases. Implement procedures to maintain volunteer management and funding systems. Create training tools using a train-the-trainer model for Recovery Support Services and streamline social media with partner agencies. Maintain daily records, complete monthly VISTA reports, provide overviews of Align9 programs, and develop systems to track social media statistics.
