| Member Duties : Through its ‘In the Clear’ program, Cornerstone empowers residents with a clear understanding of their leases, rights, and responsibilities to promote housing stability, reduce lease violations, and prevent eviction. ‘In the Clear’ provides year-round resident education, engagement activities, and proactive support designed to address challenges before they escalate into housing instability. The program also promotes financial literacy, communication skills, personal accountability, and community engagement as pathways to long-term self-sufficiency. Summer Associates will support the implementation and expansion of ‘In the Clear’ programming to strengthen housing retention and improve residents’ overall quality of life.
