| Member Duties : the Backroads of Appalachia IT & Technology Capacity Building VISTA will work to strengthen the technological infrastructure of Backroads of Appalachia by developing sustainable IT systems, digital workflows, data management tools, and technology policies that enhance organizational efficiency, cybersecurity, and long-term capacity. This will ensure Backroads of Appalachia can continue to grow and provide economic development throughout our poverty stricken Appalachia areas.
